Nanorecovering
A nanomaterial-based product, used as a hydrophobic additive for paper coating.
The comparison of mechanical resistance against a standard reference resin is indisputable: the hydrophobic “nanorecovering” has higher performance!
Antifoams
Special formulations that reduce the surface tension of the aqueous medium thus destabilizing air bubbles. The gains are expressive both in knockdown and in persistence, with remarkable performance in relation to the market references.
Enzymatic products
Our state-of-the-art enzyme products work by promoting the catalysis of cellulose “breaking” reactions, resulting in a reduction of the internal cohesion among the fibers and increasing the number of fibrils on the surface. The gains with energy savings, better drainage and paper tensile strength are significant!
Chelants
They work by sequestering “interfering” metal ions by forming water-soluble complexes, reducing the amount of free ions in solution. In addition to preventing fouling formation, they will “inhibit” transition metals with a lower oxidation state (e.g. Fe and Mn), avoiding the unnecessary consumption of hydrogen peroxide. This is a highly desirable aspect because it releases the oxidizer to act only on the organic load, thus improving the efficiency of the fiber bleaching process as a whole.
